Hi, I'm Jen.
I have been in recruiting for nearly a decade. I have reviewed thousands of LinkedIn profiles, sourced thousands of resumes, and interviewed candidates across industries and roles at every level.
Through all of those conversations, I kept noticing the same thing. Most people are not struggling because they are unqualified. They are struggling because nobody ever showed them how the hiring side actually works.
What makes sense to a recruiter is not always obvious when you are the one applying. There is a whole side of this process that most job seekers never see, and it makes all the difference.
